While creating PO for external services, the unlimited checkbox against overdelivery (in delivery tab) should always be checked (it is checked by default).
Without this, there would be an error of the following nature.
M7 022 – PU Ordered quantity exceeded by 0 TO : 1004
SAP note 338032 has the recommendation.
